Yes you can. Please confirm your car features at the time of reservation.

Q - How do I change or cancel my reservation?
Call the reservation phone number (0090 392 8212736 / 0090 542 8518359), or send us an e-mail(reservations@acmenya.com) to change or cancel your reservation. Please remember that changing dates, locations and type and class of vehicle may change the rate on your reservation.

Q - Can Acmenya car be booked in advance, with payment made at the time of car collection?
We can accept advance booking with payment at the time we deliver the car.

Q- For how long will Acmenya hold my confirmed vehicle?
It is the policy of Acmenya to have available the vehicle confirmed for a period of up to 12 hours after the scheduled arrival time. It is the customer's responsibility as the renter to notify our reservation center. This will ensure that the location continues to hold the vehicle. Failure to do so will result in the release of the vehicle.

Q - How will I find car when I arrive to Gecitkale Airport?
The car will be delivered to you at Gecitkale Airport on the agreed date and time with a sign of your name on a board.

Q - Can I collect the car at a border crossing such as Ledra Palace?
Yes, in fact Acmenya can bring the car to any location of your choice at (or within) the borders of North Cyprus. Certain limitations may apply to Lefke and Guzelyurt areas since these are further away from our offices.

Q - Can anyone other than myself drive the car?
Only the approved person(s) at the time of rental can drive the car

Q - Is there an additional charge if there will be more than one driver?
No, there is no any extra charge for additional driver.

Q - What happens if I return the car late?
Late returns can affect the type of rate assigned to the rental. Returns which are less than 1 hour late will not be charged. Returns which are later than 1 hour will be charged extra. A late return of 3 hours will usually result in charge of another day. If you wish to hire the car for half a day longer, you may wish to look at our special offer regarding 'morning pick up & evening return ' deal.

Q - How do I arrange to extend my rental period?
Please call the Acmenya office in Kyrenia directly to extend your rental. The office's phone number (0090 392 8212736 / 0090 542 8518359) is also on the rental agreement.

Q - What if I have a problem with the car?
Acmeny provides emergency roadside assistance. At the time of rental ask the representative to inform you about this service.

Q - Is V.A.T. included in the final price?
Yes 3 % of V.A.T. is included in the prices.

Q - Can I pay by credit card?
Acmenya honors most major credit/charge cards as a form of payment ex: master card, visa.

Q - Can I pay by check?
We are sorry, we can accept payments by Bank Transfer (HSBC International) and Credit Cards (Visa/Master).

Q - What does Third Party Insurance mean?
The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to the rental vehicle in accordance with Northern Cyprus laws.

Q - Do I have to purchase Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance?
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance is offered by Acmenya for an additional daily charge of 3 GBP per day. Acmenya waives all or part (as indicated on on the rental agreement at time of rental) of the customer's liability for damages to the vehicle provided the terms and conditions of the rental agreement are not violated.

Q - Is C.D.W included in the rate quoted?
No it is not. Only third party insurance is included in the rate quoted (mandatory).

Q - What should I do in the case of an accident?
First contact the police to complete an accident report and immediately contact the. Emergency Road Side Service telephone number (0090 392 8212736 / 0090 542 8518359). You may find the phone information on the front or back of your rental agreement.

Q - Are taxes included in the rate quoted?
All local taxes are included in rate quote.

Q - Can I use all special Offers and other SRC promotions at the same time?
Special Offer can not be used in conjuction with any other Special Offer or SRC promotions.

Q - How old do you have to be to rent a car?
The minimum rental age is 25 on most rentals.
